UltiMAK will ship most orders by the next business day, or during the same day if the order is placed before 2:00pm Pacific Time. Please note that orders placed after 2:00pm on Thursday or later in the week will generally be shipped out on Monday, as we are closed Fridays and Saturdays.

We ship packages mostly via USPS; for some larger parcels we may ship through UPS. The carrier is chosen by UltiMAK in order to facilitate lowered shipping costs. The shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of the order, and also the size of the package for larger items.

We send tracking information by email whenever tracking is available. You may also contact us at (208) 883-4734 or email us at steph@ultimak.com for approximate lead times. Please note that all lead times are estimates.

Note regarding exports: All orders from UltiMAK Must be both shipped to and billed to addresses in the 50 states. We do not ship internationally. However, Brownells does international orders, and they are an UltiMAK distributor, so you may wish to contact them with any such inquiries.

Backorders: for any items currently out of stock, please call us at (208) 883-4734 or email us at steph@ultimak.com to be added to our backorder list. At this time, backorders cannot be submitted directly through our online store. We can take your payment information over the phone, but we will not charge your card for the backordered items until the day the product ships out.
