Returns & Refunds
Please contact UltiMAK by phone at (208) 883-4734 or email at steph@ultimak.com to receive an RMA number for a product return or exchange prior to sending any merchandise back to us. This will help us resolve any issues and get the correct items and/or refunds to you sooner.
Returns: If you are unsatisfied with a product you may return it to UltiMAK for a refund of the retail price (shipping costs are not refunded for item returns).
Exchanges: If an incorrect mount was ordered by the customer (e.g. the mount is not compatible with the intended firearm), UltiMAK will exchange the mount at no additional cost (customer pays shipping for returning the original mount, while UltiMAK covers shipping of the replacement mount.)
Damaged/defective items: Contact us if you believe you have received a damaged or defective item and we will take the necessary steps to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
Incorrect items: Please contact us if the item received was not the item ordered and we will implement our legendary customer service.
Most returns are refunded within 3-5 business days after we have received and processed the return of merchandise. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank.
