Instructions for California customers
To place an order with UltiMAK’s online store, new regulations introduced with AB-1263 require us to receive the following documents from you, the customer, before we can ship your order to a California address.
- A scan of your government-issued identification (typically a driver’s license or other official photo ID). The identification must verify that you are of at least 18 years of age.
- A signed form stating that you agree to abide by the regulations introduced by AB-1263. You can download the PDF form at this link. Then, you may print it out, sign/initial it where it asks you to, scan it, and email it to us at steph@ultimak.com. Alternatively, you may electronically sign it using the PDF-editing software of your choice and then email it.
Additionally, please be aware that any package we send to California containing firearm accessories will be sent by UltiMAK with an “adult signature required” service as is mandated by California law. Because this increases the postal cost, an additional $10.00 is added to the shipping fee automatically by our website when you select California as your shipping state (this is shown to you in the shipping cost and in the final price of the order).
Failure to provide us with the necessary documents will result in your order being delayed and/or cancelled.
